For this recipe you will need:
3 racks of pork ribs.
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp honey
4 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 ½ tbls rosemary
3 tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 tbls English mustard (dry)
Combine the garlic, pepper, salt, paprika, rosemary and English mustard and press with a spoon until they are in a paste.
Next add the oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar and honey. Mix this together and then baste the racks of ribs with this mixture and place in large roaster with a meat rack.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Every two minutes baste the ribs with the drippings from the pan.
Should serve 6 to 8 people.
