The Bayside Marketplace is located on the shores of Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida at Biscayne Boulevard and N.E. Fourth Street. It is Miami's most popular tourist attraction due to the variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment offerings found within it.

Conveniently located in downtown Miami across the street from the new American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace is home to over 124 shops including BabyGap, Bayside Brush Co., Perfumania, Victoria's Secret, and the Warner Bros. Studio Store to name a few. The shops are located in two, separate pavilions -- the North pavilion and the South pavilion. Additionally, the marketplace is filled with kiosks throughout its "Pier 5" section, which is a covered area where you can purchase unique local and international products. This area also features some unique entertainment diversions. For example, you can have your photo taken with exotic birds perched on your shoulders.

Bayside Marketplace is more than just a shopping complex, however. Because of its picturesque location on Biscayne Bay, private boats dock there frequently along its Quay Wall. Additionally, water-oriented tours are available including Pirate Ship Tours and the Island Queen Cruise. A Marina Stage that borders the bay is also featured here. Open-air concerts and shows are presented on the stage frequently.

A variety of dining options is also available at the marketplace. These include full-service restaurants, bars, and a food court. Restaurants such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., the Hard Rock Café, Hooters, the Latin American Cafeteria, and Lombardi's Ristorante attract visitors daily. Because the marketplace caters to an international crowd, it is one Miami attraction where you can try many world cuisines all under one roof.

Bayside Marketplace also offers a number of amenities to its visitors including information booths where you can find-out more about the marketplace as well as about nearby attractions, film processing services, and a U.S. post office branch. For smaller children, the marketplace even features a carousel that they can ride.

Visiting Bayside Marketplace is well worth the trip if you are traveling to the Miami area. Its hours are from 10am-10pm Mon-Thu; 10am-11pm Fri-Sat; 11am-9pm Sun. Paid parking is available in a covered garage adjacent to the marketplace. You can also visit the marketplace by boat via the Intercoastal Waterway. Water taxis, available from many Miami hotels, can also take you directly to the marketplace.
